Q. What kind of domestic workers do you place?

We have cooks, housekeepers, ayahs, drivers, office boys, peons and all-rounders on our database.

Q. Are B-ABLE DomesteQ’s workers trained or semi-skilled?

Some workers come to us with experience and others are novices.  During the interview process we do our best to determine their skill level although it is very subjective.  Each domestic worker on our database must attend an orientation course taught in our head office.  During this course they are given basic hygiene, work ethics, product knowledge, work organisation and communication skills.

Q. Are B-ABLE DomesteQ’s candidates registered with the police?

We agree that domestic workers need to be registered with Police and thus as per our process, we always suggest to all our clients to do the police verification after hiring the candidate.

Police verification is a detailed process which includes verification of the address at the place of origin and current addresses. This is undertaken, mostly through somebody visiting the addresses and confirming the details. We currently do not offer this service. B-ABLE DomesteQ undertakes a reference check for each of the candidates registered with us. We insist on producing the originals of their Identity proof (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, or any other Government Approved documents) and keep a scanned copy of the same in our records. We also keep their fingerprints in our files. In addition we check with their previous employers and often have written references from them. Each of the registered candidates will have a file which is open for inspection for all our clients.

Q. What are the average salaries of B-ABLE Domesteq workers?

B-ABLE DomesteQ’s candidates salary ranges between Rs.10, 000-20,000 per month depending on their level of skill and experience.  The salary they ask for is always indicative of their previous posts. B-ABLE DomesteQ does not set or suggest salary levels to the workers.

Q. Is there a guaranteed replacement if the B-ABLE Domesteq candidate does not work out?

If the domestic worker does not work out and the referral fee has been paid we will do our best to replace them immediately but there is no guarantee we will be able to do so.  In the event that within (30) days of the commencement of that employment the domestic worker resigns or is discharged by the Employer, B-ABLE DomesteQ will undertake to provide the Employer with one replacement if the initial invoice has been paid in full.  In the event that employment of chosen domestic worker falls through after the 30 days and before 3 months (90 days), the referral fee for the replacement to fill the same job would be of twenty three (23) days salary of the worker.
